Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the LeadSync.ai service operated by LEADSYNC PTE. LTD. ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

LeadSync.ai is a cloud-based automation tool, CRM, and lead data provider designed to help businesses manage their sales outreach. We are an independent entity and are not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft.

2. Account Registration

To use LeadSync, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. LinkedIn & Third-Party Platforms

  • Independent Service: LeadSync interacts with third-party platforms like LinkedIn. You understand that you are subject to the Terms of Service of these platforms.
  • Risk Assumption: While LeadSync uses advanced safety measures (cloud-based IPs, random delays, limits) to simulate human behavior, automated activity always carries a risk. You agree that LeadSync.ai is not liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by LinkedIn or other third-party platforms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Scrape or collect data from LeadSync to create a competing product.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code.
  • Rent, lease, or resell the Service (unless part of our official Agency/Affiliate program).

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules immediately and without refund.

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

  • Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annually). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new users. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data owned by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LeadSync.ai.

7. User Data Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership of the data you import into the LeadSync CRM or generate via your campaigns. LeadSync claims no ownership rights over your prospect data.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LeadSync.ai, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
